About the Job:
As a QI Technician you will be responsible for the first level ATE and bench level testing of field returned units. Works from schematics, diagrams, written, and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions. Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions. Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment. Utilizes manufacturing test, development or diagnostic equipment such as oscilloscopes, VOD, DVM, signal generators and specialized test apparatus. Creates reports describing the results of the testing and debug for both internal and customer use.
Minimum Requirements:
HS graduate or equivalent and 3 + years experience.
Must be proficient in operating and doing basic debug on ATE.
Must be very detailed oriented in collecting and recording all of the relevant data associated with job tasks.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
